Easy APIs

The majority of merchants using PayPal plus integrate the product using a third party shop solution such as Magento or Oxid. To allow PayPal to communicate with the merchant website whilst processing payments PayPal uses a RestAPI. The process for setting this up in the past has been painful, especially for a small medium businesses who don’t necessarily have the technical ability to use the PayPal developer site.

Having identified this problem we set about creating a simple and easy to use solution. Explaining the API process in simple clear language and in short and concise flow.

I led the design of the product and collaborated heavily with multi-disciplinary teams throughout the product life cycle. Ideation, low fidelity sketches, wireframes, prototype and visual design.
